1) Parties and scope

This agreement is entered into between OSINTA.AI ("Provider") as the service provider and the user accessing the service ("User").

The Provider offers a SaaS service for the analysis and presentation of data from publicly available sources and sources connected by the user.

2) Lawful use and prohibited activities

The User agrees to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights.

The service is not designed for unlawful purposes, and the following types of use are prohibited:

  • Unlawful surveillance, harassment, threats, or activities that may infringe personality rights.
  • Extortion, fraud, identity theft, or attempts at unauthorised access or misuse.
  • Unauthorised disclosure and privacy violations (e.g., unlawful sharing of personal data).
  • Illegal use aimed at causing harm to any person or organisation.

3) Liability and user declaration

The User accepts responsibility for the purpose and consequences of using outputs obtained through the service.

The Provider cannot be held liable for legal consequences arising from the User's actions; however, legal obligations remain.

4) Account security

The User is responsible for the confidentiality of account information and transactions made through the account.

In case of suspected unauthorised access, notification should be made as soon as possible.

5) Intellectual property

Software, interface, design, code, and data model belong to the Provider.

The User may not engage in reverse engineering, access to source code, or attempts to circumvent security measures.

6) Service level, warranty, and termination

The service is provided "as-is." No commitment to uninterrupted access is given; reasonable commercial effort is made.

In case of violation of terms of use, the Provider reserves the right to suspend the account, stop access, and terminate the agreement.

7) Dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of England and Wales.
