Cookie Policy

1) Our cookie posture: cookieless by default

OSINTA.AI is designed to run without tracking. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use cookies or similar technologies to build a profile of you or to follow you across other websites.

Because of this, no cookie-consent banner is required to browse this site.

2) Measurement and bot protection — without cookies

We measure aggregate usage of this website with Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. Both are cookieless: they set no cookies, store nothing on your device, and assign no cross-site identifier that could follow you elsewhere. They report anonymised, aggregate page and performance data only — never anything that identifies you.

Both are served from this domain (/_vercel/insights), so no third-party analytics host receives your request.

One third-party service does load, and only on forms: when you submit the waiting-list or contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile runs to check that you are not a bot. It sees your IP address and basic browser signals for that check. It is not analytics, it does not profile you, and it never runs while you are simply reading.

3) Strictly-necessary storage

A small number of strictly-necessary items are stored on your device. None of them is used for advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking. Each exists to deliver something you asked for.

None of these is shared, sold, or used to follow you elsewhere. Most browsers let you view, block, or delete them from their settings.

• NEXT_LOCALE (cookie) — remembers which language you are reading in, so the site does not reset to English on every page.
• osinta_wl_sent (cookie, 24 hours) — a one-way hash of your address, set only if you join the waiting list. It stops us sending you the same confirmation e-mail twice.
• osinta.theme.v1 (local storage) — remembers whether you chose the light or dark appearance.
• osinta_at (cookie) — keeps you signed in for the duration of your session. Gated application only; it is not set while you browse the public pages.
• selectedTenantId (local storage) — remembers which workspace you last opened. Gated application only.

4) What we do not do

For clarity, we want to be explicit about what is NOT happening on this site:

• No advertising or marketing cookies.
• No cross-site or third-party tracking identifiers.
• No data brokers or ad networks embedded in these pages.
• No consent banner, because there are no non-essential cookies to consent to.

5) Managing cookies in your browser

You remain in full control. Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies from their settings, and you can clear the strictly-necessary authentication cookie at any time by signing out or clearing your site data.

Blocking the strictly-necessary cookie will sign you out of the gated application; it has no effect on browsing the public pages.

6) Updates to this policy

If our use of cookies changes — for example, if a future feature requires an additional strictly-necessary cookie — we will update this page and, where the law requires consent, ask for it before any non-essential technology is used. This policy may be updated from time to time; significant changes will be communicated through reasonable means.
